With the wind against them and the pitch heavy, Carniny conceded early but held firm. Oisin, Seth, and Harry were disciplined at the back, while Alfie produced a string of excellent saves to keep the scoreline tight.

? Second Half Response:
Carniny came out firing, unleashing over 20 shots on goal. Holywood’s keeper was outstanding, but relentless pressure finally told. Jayden Millar struck first, capitalising on sustained attacks. The midfield quartet of Cormac, Karl, Jake, and Jamie worked tirelessly to break down play and drive the team forward. Conor then punished a stray goal kick, rifling his shot in off the post to put Carniny ahead.

With just minutes remaining, Holywood found a way back through a long ball, levelling the tie at 2–2. Despite dominating the second half, missed chances proved costly.
