

Carniny Girls U16 2-2 Ballyclare Comrades
The girls, after another short break seeing their last few games called off due to weather conditions played part in an entertaining and closely contested 2–2 draw against Ballyclare, in a match full of intensity and momentum swings with plenty of positives to take forward.
The game began at a high tempo, with both teams showing attacking intent early on. Ballyclare struck first to take a 1–0 lead, but Carniny responded well. Their character, which is never in question began to shine and persistence paid off as they battled back into the game and then pushed on to take a 2–1 lead. Ballyclare, however, remained dangerous and managed to find an equaliser, setting up a tense final period. Carniny showed outstanding effort and determination throughout, working tirelessly both in and out of possession. A great game for the spectators!
