CENTRE REPORT

The club held its 4th session in this set on Saturday in glorious sunshine at its St Louis grammar school base. Full to capacity the centre is renowned for producing many top young players at the club with players such as Rodney Brown (Crusaders ) Josh Carson ( Coleraine ) and Matthew Shevlin/ Leroy Millar ( Ballymena United ) gracing the Irish League. The club also has produced numerous players in the Irish League championship with local Intermediate and Junior football a 'who's who' of Carniny Old Boys. Without doubt it is THE place to send aspiring young footballers with the centre Sponsored by Robinsons NISA Supermarket. Any parent wishing to send a young person born in 2012, 2013 or 2014 should make contact with club secretary Billy O'Flaherty if they wish to join Ballymena's oldest top centre. In the next couple of weeks the centre will open its doors for a few more to come on board at reduced rates.
