SESSION 8

The clubs Football Development centre was graced with beautiful sunshine on Saturday morning worthy of a summers day with several new coaches joining the Carniny 'REDS' staff out in the fresh air at the clubs local venue at St Louis Grammar School. The next couple of weeks will see the forward thinking club introduce a another new idea this time to the youngest age group with a 'BRING A FOOTBALL FRIEND' to the clubs development centre, hot on the heels of the TEENAGE KICKS project for teenagers , when club members can introduce someone new to the club FREE of charge. Already all members at this age group have been informed and will no doubt be contacting their friends in various schools.

SUNDERLAND VISIT IN PIPELINE

Club secretary Billy O'Flaherty has been in contact with the SUNDERLAND AFC/ FOUNDATION OF LIGHT making preliminary arrangements to bring staff over again to Ballymena for a 'THIRD' time offering all children from the borough the opportunity to receive quality coaching by staff from the North East club. Details will be out shortly.
