The wee reds were back in action tonight away to the home of Shankill Juniors, Junior Park. With a bigger pitch to get used to Shankill enjoyed the majority of chances and possession in the first half. But it was Carniny who took the lead in the 15th minute with a well taken free kick from Jay in which Ollie got there before the Shankill defence to give the lads the lead. Fletcher was on top form tonight saving everything the Shankill attack threw at him. Half time 1-0.

Shankill continued to press for an equaliser and a well taken strike after the half saw them draw level. Carniny’s midfield fought for every ball with Jacob, Oisín, Kai and Harvey battling hard to provide Finn opportunities up front. Shankill then took the lead through a well struck free kick. The wee reds didn't let their heads drop and a great ball through the middle of the park saw a lovely assist from Kai to Finn. Finn drove it low and hard to get the wee reds level. Both teams pushed for a winner but strong defending from Robbie and Ollie saw the game end in a hard earned draw in an entertaining game.
