The U13 Girls leave it late to get the win.

Carniny took on Cliftonville on Sunday in the afternoon kick off at Ballysillan. Carniny started brightly moving the ball around midfield but with limited shots on goal. Cliftonville also passing well created an opportunity from a corner put to the edge of the box for a shot to narrowly miss. Another chance for Cliftonville from the left was denied by the post. Carniny almost scored from a great move of three passes from back to front to create a one-on-one but for the keeper to save.

Carniny started the second half looking for a goal and a shot from midfield and both wide players coming close. Midway through the half Cliftonville had a shot from the right hit the post. An entertaining game looked to be heading for draw. With the clock running out the ball broke for Hollie with the Cliftonville defence appearing to have forced her too wide she somehow got the shot off for a winning goal 1-0 !
